These are all healthy babies from low risk pregnancies. Yikes! I would say your baby has a higher chance of death once you hit 40 weeks, no matter who your provider is.

Definitely a flawed study here. There is no way that is scientific to come to the conclusion that death is more likely at 40 weeks. Crazy.
I'm curious as to why the Drs and CNM's are considered negligent. I'm not trying to belittle anyone or make light of the death of a child, but what are the specific reasons behind calling a doctor or CNM negligent?
